Our client is one of leading companies in the frozen food sector in Croatia and the region. In over 30 years of business, we have specialized in the production, processing, storage and distribution of frozen food. Their business-production-storage facility covers an area of 8,500 m 2 and is located in Konjščina, with 180 employees. In order to expand their business, they are expanding the team with this position Sales Assistant (m/f).

Frozen products under our own brand and also under customer brands are produced in a technologically modern production facility, applying the highest standards of food safety and quality. They are positioned on the market as a reliable partner of international retail chains in Croatia, but equally in the EU market and other foreign markets. They are also present in the HoReCa segment as a partner to distributors in Croatia, Slovenia, Italy, Austria, Germany, Hungary, Serbia.

Main responsibilities:

• providing support in performing tasks in the sales department
• work in sales and promotion of frozen food
• direct cooperation and support to key account managers in carrying out tasks
• direct communication with customers
• working and updating data in the company's ERP system
• tracking customer payments
• creation and maintenance of documentation on sales activities (reports, analysis, etc. documentation)
• work on creating and updating sales catalogs, presentations and the like
• participation in new product development processes
• participation in defining and implementing marketing projects
• participating in the daily supervision of the implementation of operational tasks in their area
• participation in the process of exporting goods

Required competencies:

• High school diploma/college degree/university degree in economics, commerce or a related field
• Excellent computer skills (primarily MS Excel, MS Powerpoint)
• very good knowledge of English in speaking and writing
• Knowledge of German, Italian or Spanish is not a requirement, but is an advantage
• Work experience in sales-related jobs is not an exclusive requirement, but is an advantage
• driving license category B
