Field Salesperson (m/f)
Our client, a company specializing in the sale of ventilation systems that has been providing solutions for clean, healthy air and effective moisture removal in homes and commercial spaces for more than 15 years, is looking for a Field Salesperson (m/f) due to the expansion of its sales team.
If you have a strong sales talent, understand a consultative approach to sales, and love working in the field – this is an opportunity to take on an important role in developing sales of innovative ventilation solutions.
What will you do:
- Conduct advisory presentations of ventilation systems to end customers and business partners
- touring the field, visiting existing and potential customers
- analyze the condition of the space (humidity, mold, air quality) and recommend the optimal solution
- prepare offers, conduct negotiations and close sales processes
- build long-term relationships with partners and users
- Regularly report to the company director on sales activities and results
What we are looking for:
- experience in field or advisory sales (insurance, automotive industry, carpentry - an advantage)
- Economics or related professional qualification (technical background is not a requirement)
- developed communication and presentation skills
- ability to understand customer needs and guide them towards the best solution
- independence, responsibility and motivation to achieve results
