The company supplies not only clients in Croatia, but also in Slovenia, Hungary and Austria. Due to the expansion of its business, it is looking for Head of quality control and systems.

Key tasks:

  1. Quality systems management:
    • monitoring changes and revisions to system standards
    • transition to new norms
    • implementation of requirements into the company's management system
    • conducting internal audits - pre-auditing
    • development of RU and their introduction
    • key participation in the certification body audit
    • final development of amendments and system improvements
    • education with each new revision of norms
  2. Management and processing of external requests
    • audits and customer questionnaires
    • product documentation review
    • health and safety analyses and other similar requirements
    • records and analysis of complaints
  3. Monitoring of production processes
    • Organizes and coordinates the work of employees for the purpose of controlling incoming raw materials, semi-finished products and testing finished products
    • Tests, analyzes and recommendations for the production of key raw materials
    • Continuous recording and analysis of FM product properties
  4. Ensuring the correctness of laboratory equipment
    • verification and calibration of laboratory equipment in cooperation with external collaborators
  5. Reporting, planning and implementation of activities for business sustainability
    • Participates in the work of the sustainability team

Key tasks and elements:

  1. Space maintenance
    • Maintenance of functional correctness of internal and external spaces (offices, plants, warehouses, yards).
    • Monitoring the condition of infrastructure (walls, ceilings, windows, floors) and reporting any necessary repairs.
  1. Minor repairs
    • Repair of furniture, doors, windows and other minor defects.
    • Replacing bulbs, fuses or other consumable parts.
    • Repair or replacement of sanitary ware
  1. Equipment maintenance
    • Ensuring the correctness of tools and equipment used for cleaning and maintenance.
  1. Management of the Water Treatment Plant (WTP)
    • Device Maintenance and Cleaning
    • Procurement of purification equipment
    • Organization of waste removal
  1. Logistic tasks
    • Transporting materials inside and outside the factory.
    • Installation of furniture and equipment in offices or production areas.
  1. Safety and inspection
    • Regular inspection of the premises to prevent damage or safety risks (water leaks, installation failures, etc.).
    • Ensuring smooth operation of the system (e.g. locking doors, taking care of alarms).
  1. Maintenance support
    • Collaboration with the technical department on major repairs and maintenance of machines.
    • Assistance with inspections and minor infrastructure work (pipes, air conditioning, ventilation, etc.).
  1. Other tasks as needed
    • Assisting other departments with special events or operations.
    • Keeping records of completed tasks.

Job description:

Task description:

  • acquisition of new customers and care of existing ones
  • Continuous market monitoring (CEP market, competition, customers, potential) and regular reporting to superiors (Sales Supervisor and Member of the Management Board for Sales and Marketing)
