Our client VM2 Cosmetics is expanding its administrative and accounting team, which is why they are looking for Administrative and accounting officer (m/f) who wants to work in a stable environment with clearly defined tasks and the possibility of professional development.

If you are precise, responsible, and have experience working in accounting, this is an opportunity for long-term cooperation and progress.

What will you do:

  • control and recording of goods and material documents
  • calculation of cash register and travel orders
  • control and reconciliation of customer and supplier cards
  • preparation and posting of incoming and outgoing documents
  • creation and posting of compensations
  • posting of statements, exchange rate differences and interest
  • performing payment transactions
  • daily cooperation with business partners and colleagues from other departments
  • keeping all necessary records and preparing reports
