Our client produces and offers a wide range of corrugated cardboard packaging. Equipped with the most efficient processing machines, the production facility is the leading packaging manufacturer in Croatia in terms of quality, reliability and innovation. Due to its process-oriented structure, the company is focused on fast, flawless and efficient execution of customer orders. The company supplies not only clients in Croatia, but also in Slovenia, Hungary and Austria. Due to the expansion of its business, it is looking for ICT Specialist (m/f).

Key tasks and elements:

1. Planning and optimization of ICT needs:
   • Plans and monitors the company's ICT needs in collaboration with the ICT Manager and as requested by the Group.
   • Improves and optimizes business processes through ICT support.
   • Participates in the procurement of software and computer equipment according to specific needs.
2. Administration of computer equipment and system administration:
   • Installs and configures new hardware and software.
   • Maintains existing computer and software equipment.
   • Installs, configures and maintains server equipment and operating systems.
   • Conducts regular backup systems (data, software).
   • Implements and maintains IT security systems (firewall, access, antivirus protection).
3. User support, development and implementation of software solutions:
   • Provides technical support (helpdesk) to users.
   • Educates users to work with hardware and software.
   • Resolves ongoing ICT problems and incident situations.
   • Develops and produces reports according to business requirements.
   • Implements and maintains software solutions in accordance with user needs.
4. ICT project management and infrastructure optimization:
   • Participates in the management of ICT projects, including planning, implementation and monitoring progress, ensuring completion within plan.
   • Regularly analyzes ICT infrastructure, identifies areas for improvement, and ensures optimal use of resources, including network, servers, and work equipment.

5. Monitoring of new technologies and innovations and optimizations:

• • It monitors new technologies, innovations and trends in the ICT sector and suggests possible implementations in the organization.
  • Participates in the evaluation of new tools and solutions that can improve ICT infrastructure and business processes.
