Due to its process-oriented structure, the company is focused on fast, flawless and efficient execution of customer orders. The company supplies not only clients in Croatia, but also in Slovenia, Hungary and Austria. Due to the expansion of its business, it is looking for After-sales specialist (m/f).

Key tasks and responsibilities:

1. Creation and tracking of production orders for assigned customers

1. • Based on received customer orders or contracted cooperation

2. Tracking and managing inventory of assigned customers

1. • Creating a report on the inventory structure
   • Inventory structure management

3. Resolving complaints from assigned customers

1. • Communication between services
   • Communication with the customer in order to resolve complaints
2. Tracking billing for assigned customers
   • Debt status reporting
   • Communication with the customer and colleagues
3. Daily contact with customers with the aim of improving cooperation
   • Customer satisfaction survey
   • Inquiry about future needs
4. Work in ERP and CRM
   • Database maintenance of both systems
