Our client is one of leading companies in the frozen food sector in Croatia and the region. In over 30 years of business, they have specialized in the production, processing, storage and distribution of frozen food. Their business-production-storage facility covers an area of 8,500 m² and is located in Konjščina, and employs 180 people. In order to expand their business, they are expanding the team with this position Production Technologist (m/f)

Main responsibilities:

• Participation in planning, organizing, preparing, managing and monitoring production processes and worker scheduling
• Control of work tasks and employee performance
• Control of raw materials, packaging, declarations and finished products
• Process control of product quality and safety
• Control of employee and production hygiene is convenient
• Maintaining the HACCP/IFS system and associated documentation
• Participation in product development

Required competencies:

• University degree/VSS in food technology or related fields
• Computer skills in MS Office environment
• knowledge of English
• Proactivity in work organization and a positive approach to work tasks
• quality focus
• Experience in food production and managing HACCP/IFS systems is desirable
