Our client, a logistics and distribution company with its own production, is expanding its team and is therefore looking for Production Manager (m/f). If you are looking for a new development opportunity, we are looking for a person who wants to take on a key role in managing and improving production processes.

If you have experience in managing a production team, understand technology and processes, and love to introduce improvements, this is an opportunity to lead a team and contribute to the development of a successful production.

What will you do:
– manage and supervise the entire production process
- ensure that production takes place according to defined quality and safety standards
- propose and implement technical solutions for process modernization and automation
– lead and develop the production team
– report on progress and collaborate with other departments

What we are looking for:

– completed technical faculty (preferably PBF, agronomic, veterinary or other engineering education)
– at least 3 years of experience in production plant management
– knowledge of English
– advanced computer skills and Excel; knowledge of production process management software an advantage
– strong leadership skills, technical understanding, organization and proactivity
– knowledge of HACCP and IFS standards is an advantage
