Service Operations Manager
We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our client's team as Service Operations Manager, with a focus on hardware and systems for printing, enveloping and sorting. Our client is a leading provider of business systems and solutions for printing, enveloping and sorting all types of shipments and documents. It also provides high-quality and tailor-made solutions from the segment of digital documentation according to the highest security standards.
Main responsibilities:
- Leading two service teams
- Knowledge of SW systems for managing warehouse operations,
- Follow-up of work orders of service technicians and reports of malfunctions by users
- Scheduling of service technicians' work
- Optimization of service operation
- Control over the costs of spare parts and consumables
- Communication with users in solving machine challenges
Required competencies:
- Technical knowledge in the field of servicing and repair,
- Understanding technical specifications, draft manuals, and the ability to independently develop technical requirements for machines,
- Skills in solving technical problems,
- Team management, and project management and implementation,
- Knowledge of relevant software tools for tracking service orders and warehouse operations.
- Organizational skills for planning and monitoring service activities
- Analytical skills for diagnosing problems and making decisions
- Knowledge of English in speech and writing
