Assignment of workers
The assignment of workers is an employment relationship in which the worker does not work for and with his employer, but works independently for and with the user, i.e. the legal entity to which the employer assigned his worker.
The relationship between the client and the agency is governed by an agreement on the assignment of employees and the agency's general terms and conditions. The agreement defines in detail the rights and obligations of the client and the agency, as well as other specifics related to a particular job position. The employee signs an employment contract with the agency based on legal regulations, thereby making the employee available to the client. Likewise, before assigning the assigned employee to the user, the Agency is obliged to hand over a referral to the employee, which must contain the data prescribed by the Labor Act.
When assigning workers, the User's operational work is made easier because the complete administrative work is on the service provider. These tasks usually include:
- Legal support in terms of concluding an employment contract
- Registrations and deregistrations with relevant institutions
- Payroll accounting
- Payment of the salary
Benefits of assignment of workers:
- The client is exempt from full employee administration according to legal obligations (employee registration and deregistration, personal files, health and sanitary examinations - if a specific workplace requires them)
- The client does not need additional resources for payroll accounting and personnel administration
- The client is able to increase his own efficiency by focusing on his core business, leaving all the aforementioned tasks to TalentX experts.
