The search for a new employee can be time-consuming and tiring, and sometimes it's difficult to find exactly the talent you're looking for. The search and selection process takes place in several phases and the steps are as follows:
- Defining a document as detailed as possible called "Job description" which serves the search and selection consultant as a basis for which criteria a candidate is the so-called "Perfect fit" for a company.
- Defining the scope of the project, which includes labor market research and, accordingly, the use of channels and campaigns in order to approach candidates with the necessary competencies and knowledge as efficiently as possible. - We process the applications received and compare what we received with what was requested and then make appropriate We contact candidates by phoneto gain initial insight into the candidate's motivation and financial expectations, and if they are satisfied during the interview, we arrange a date for the so-called Situational Interview.
- Situational interview because the type of candidate assessment that lasts about 45 minutes, where the candidate's competencies are reviewed in detail, most often using the STAR methodology (Situation Task Action Result), in which the psychologist assesses the level of competencies for the requested position. After this interview, we come to the so-called short lists of candidates who fully match the job description. We then send it to the Client for familiarization and final interviews.
- Shortlisted candidates are introduced to the Client in writing, stating all elements essential for further selection by the Client.
- The client selects some or all of the candidates from the shortlist whom they want to meet in person and they make arrangements. face-to-face interviews with a future employer and a potential employee.
- After the F2F interviews are completed, the Client announces which candidate is their favorite and to whom they will offer a Contract. Usually, there is a final interview with the candidate and the employer where all financial conditions and the future contractual relationship are defined and a letter of intent is issued that precedes the signing of the Employment Contract.
