Our client OTP Nekretnine is expanding its team and is looking for a person for the position Real estate valuation controller (m/f). We are looking for candidates who want to work in a dynamic environment with clearly defined processes and are ready to take on a responsible role.

If you have experience in the field of real estate appraisals, strong organizational and analytical skills, this is the opportunity for you!

What will you do:

• control of evaluation reports and compliance with set deadlines
• coordination with external collaborators (court experts) regarding the preparation of evaluation reports
• communication with different organizational units
• implementation control and supervision of adopted policies and procedures related to real estate valuations
• control and recording of invoices and payments and communication with bookkeeping

What we are looking for:

• University degree or college degree in architecture or construction
• minimum 5 years of work experience in the same or similar jobs
• knowledge of regulations and legal and by-laws in the field of real estate valuation
• knowledge of the real estate market
• Computer skills, Microsoft Office tools and CAD programs
• active knowledge of English
• Category B driving license (preferred, but not required)
• Appointment as a permanent court expert for real estate valuation (advantage, but not a requirement)
• high level of professionalism, credibility and responsibility
• strong organizational and analytical skills
• systematic, accurate and up-to-date approach to work
