Key tasks and elements:

  1. Operational implementation of electronics and other tasks in machine maintenance
    • Performs repairs on electro-pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
    • Independently performs electrical mechanic duties
    • Installs electrical and other installations throughout the plant
    • Warns superiors of observed defects on machines
    • It helps to maintain the IT system in the production process
    • Reconstructs and constructs devices and equipment on machines
  1. Control and prevention       
    • Controls the execution of preventive inspections of machines
    • Performs preventive maintenance on machines
    • Checking the correctness of safety devices on machines
  1. Record keeping     
    • Keeping the necessary records on electrical and IT maintenance

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  1. Creation and tracking of production orders for assigned customers
    • Based on received customer orders or contracted cooperation
  1. Tracking and managing inventory of assigned customers
    • Creating a report on the inventory structure
    • Inventory structure management
  1. Resolving complaints from assigned customers
    • Communication between services
    • Communication with the customer in order to resolve complaints
  1. Tracking billing for assigned customers
    • Debt status reporting
    • Communication with the customer and colleagues
  2. Daily contact with customers with the aim of improving cooperation
    • Customer satisfaction survey
    • Inquiry about future needs
  3. Work in ERP and CRM
    • Database maintenance of both systems

Key tasks and elements:

  1. Planning and optimization of ICT needs:
    • Plans and monitors the company's ICT needs in collaboration with the ICT Manager and as requested by the Group.
    • Improves and optimizes business processes through ICT support.
    • Participates in the procurement of software and computer equipment according to specific needs.
  2. Administration of computer equipment and system administration:
    • Installs and configures new hardware and software.
    • Maintains existing computer and software equipment.
    • Installs, configures and maintains server equipment and operating systems.
    • Conducts regular backup systems (data, software).
    • Implements and maintains IT security systems (firewall, access, antivirus protection).
  3. User support, development and implementation of software solutions:
    • Provides technical support (helpdesk) to users.
    • Educates users to work with hardware and software.
    • Resolves ongoing ICT problems and incident situations.
    • Develops and produces reports according to business requirements.
    • Implements and maintains software solutions in accordance with user needs.
  4. ICT project management and infrastructure optimization:
    • Participates in the management of ICT projects, including planning, implementation and monitoring progress, ensuring completion within plan.
    • Regularly analyzes ICT infrastructure, identifies areas for improvement, and ensures optimal use of resources, including network, servers, and work equipment.
  1. Monitoring of new technologies and innovations and optimizations:
    • It monitors new technologies, innovations and trends in the ICT sector and suggests possible implementations in the organization.
    • Participates in the evaluation of new tools and solutions that can improve ICT infrastructure and business processes.

    • Supports teams in organizing events within the company, such as teambuilding activities, meetings and other internal initiatives.
    • Communicates internal initiatives related to employee development, including performance appraisals or employee potential assessments.
    • Supports communication between management and employees regarding career development goals and advancement within the company.
    • Organizes and supports significant visits to the location, be it for key customers and partners, or for guests from the Model Group
  2. External communication:
    • Develops and maintains external communication channels, including the website and social media, and actively participates in promoting the company to external stakeholders.
    • Organization and coordination of marketing activities and promotions, including events, fairs and cooperation with partners.
  3. Research and analysis:
    • Conducts surveys and market research and analyzes feedback from customers and employees to improve communication strategies and business processes.

  4. Visualization and design:

Key tasks:

  1. Quality systems management:
    • monitoring changes and revisions to system standards
    • transition to new norms
    • implementation of requirements into the company's management system
    • conducting internal audits - pre-auditing
    • development of RU and their introduction
    • key participation in the certification body audit
    • final development of amendments and system improvements
    • education with each new revision of norms
  2. Management and processing of external requests
    • audits and customer questionnaires
    • product documentation review
    • health and safety analyses and other similar requirements
    • records and analysis of complaints
  3. Monitoring of production processes
    • Organizes and coordinates the work of employees for the purpose of controlling incoming raw materials, semi-finished products and testing finished products
    • Tests, analyzes and recommendations for the production of key raw materials
    • Continuous recording and analysis of FM product properties
  4. Ensuring the correctness of laboratory equipment
    • verification and calibration of laboratory equipment in cooperation with external collaborators
  5. Reporting, planning and implementation of activities for business sustainability
    • Participates in the work of the sustainability team
