We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our client's team as Technical Manager operation, with a focus on hardware and systems for printing, enveloping and sorting. Our client is a leading provider of business systems and solutions for printing, enveloping and sorting all types of shipments and documents. It also provides high-quality and tailor-made solutions from the segment of digital documentation according to the highest security standards.

Main responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing hardware solutions that meet needs and requirements
  our clients
• Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and marketing and service, to ensure
  ensure seamless integration of hardware solutions and printing systems,
  enveloping and sorting.
• Conducting research and development to stay up to date with the latest hardware
  technologies and trends in the print industry with an emphasis on business solutions
• Providing adequate support and guidance to both clients and internal teams o
  issues related to printing, enveloping and sorting systems
• Overseeing the installation, maintenance and repair of hardware systems for the purpose of optimization and
  increasing the level of service
• Collaborating with external suppliers and partners when purchasing hardware
  components and other parts of the printing, inserting and sorting system
  Creating and managing budgets, timelines and project plans for initiatives
  related to printing, sorting and inserting systems
• Monitoring core business trends, industry standards and certificates related to
  company business solutions.

Required competencies: 

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science or a related field 
• At least 5 years of experience in a technical management position, preferably in the printing or hardware industry 
• Extensive knowledge of hardware components, systems and architectures 
• Strong leadership and team management skills 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to think creatively 
• Proven track record of successfully completing complex hardware projects on time and within budget 
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to hardware solutions
